CA02-Hot Rolled Cast in Channel

These Cast-in Channels are hot rolled and have swaged anchorage studs. They are widely utilized to make accurate and dependable connections to practically any precast or in-situ concrete construction. The channel includes an inbuilt polythene void former infill material that prevents concrete or grout from entering the channel. Once the shuttering is removed, the polythene void former is removed by hand to expose the rolled channels, which are then ready to accept the T-Bolts suited to the channel size and depth of the item being secured to the channel. The system's slotted design allows it to easily handle tiny changes in tolerances of follow-on fittings. The system is available in either Hot Dip Galvanised or Galvanised finishes.
