Cast in loop
The cast in loop is a low-cost lifting system that is commonly utilized in utility applications. Each loop is held in place by a swage clamp, which is labeled with the Safe Working Tensile Load Rating and the manufacturer.
It is located on the open side of the mould in the concrete element. The thimble is within the mold.
The marker must be visible after the concrete has been placed.
Hoisting hooks of the proper size can be put directly into the protruding cast-in loop. When storing the prefabricated element, take care not to kink the cables.
