Cutting Division

Cutting Division include laser cutting, plasma cutting and water jet cutting.

  1. Laser cutting

Laser cutting utilizes a high-powered fiber or COâ‚‚ laser (generally in the 5kw to 8kw range) to pierce and cut metal or other materials rapidly. The laser cutting machine is directed by a computer utilizing input 2D drawings to determine the required dimensions and shapes. the parts processed by laser cutting have high cutting edge quality and have a very high surface finish.

At the same time, laser cutting is also the most efficient cutting process.

  2. Plasma Cutting

Plasma arc cutting uses the heat of the high-temperature plasma arc to partially melt (evaporate) the metal at the incision of the workpiece, and take away the molten metal with the momentum of the high-speed plasma to form an incision.

Plasma cutting is slightly slower than laser cutting in terms of cutting speed, but still has a decent cutting speed.

It is ideal for rapid prototyping and machining of large parts and is often used on metals such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum and brass.

  3. Water jet Cutting

CNC water jet cutting uses high-pressure water flow to cut workpieces. CNC water jet cutting is less affected by material texture, low cost, easy to operate, and high yield.

For materials with higher hardness, greater cutting force is required, and the cutting speed will be slower.

But for different materials and hardness, waterjet cutting has flexibility, so CNC waterjet cutting is becoming more and more mainstream cutting process.
