Product availability varies by location. If you need a product immediately, contact us to ensure availability. Or check with our Distributors to see if they have the product you need.

Precast concrete structures typically last between 50 and 100 years. Many last multiple times that amount. Much of the longevity depends on the design, method, size, reinforcement, and material used in making a structure and the type of application.

For standard products we have in stock, the average delivery time is about a week. Product availability varies by location.

For custom products manufactured to your specifications, the lead time depends on design and production scheduling. Ask your Chontan Precast sales representative to give you a time estimate. We work hard to get you the products you need when you need them.

Precast concrete is typically made of water, Portland cement, and fine and coarse aggregates, including gravel, sand, and rock.
